From faulty materials, sub-par workmanship, fraudulent, padded billing.. and even had a sub-contractor go to the EDD claiming he was an employee & did not get paid thousands in wages, (he worked about 4 hrs - didn't finish the job - under a "bid" contract which he broke)

After first 5 years he now has steady full time employees, LOTS of work (the product), but last year he bought multiple new trucks, got a serious advertising program/signage, new shop, then expanded shop - all as things kept growing. They aren't able to buy their own house - yet. There is a period where all the money goes BACK IN to 'START UP!!' Do you have any vision? or patience?
