It's time for you to stand on your own 2 feet instead of being a puppet of Francis, I thought it couldn't be worse, but I was wrong!

We could have done worse! Cardinal McElroy, the socialist politician could have been elected. He was sent from my Diocese to Washington DC after President Trump was elected to "deal with him" by Pope Francis. I tangled with McElroy once and he didn't like what I told him. Pope Leo is not politically savvy and needs to stick with the catechism and not be mingling in politics or the Anglicans.

Well Leo is from Chicago —- land of crooks and politicians with no education in morality—- and Pope need s to read the Catholic Cathechism again

Not Catholic so don’t pay much attention to what a Pope, any Pope American or not, says. But having said that I totally agree with the article. If a Pope cannot denounce evil in this world and praise good he needs to just be silent and pray. God does answer the prayer of a righteous man. Any man whose sins are personally forgiven through Christ actions on the cross. His solution is always right.

Popes learned nothing from Martin Luther.

Thought Francis was terrible and had hoped Leo would be an improvement but sadly back to back Popes like this is the absolute worse think for the Church at this time.

There would NOT be war. If the Catholic clergy would have been focusing on converting the Iranians to Christianity instead of spending time in court defending themselves from pedophile

I would like to see Pope Leo have a third Vatican calling the Muslims together for the peace of mankind.

We need to encourage this to happen. No telling what can become of this.

This Pope is a heritic and a hypocrite like the last Pope. This Pope inherited the blood shed by the Vatican through history that far surpasses every war the US has ever fought. This Popes turns a blind eye to injustice and genocide that all people suffer under tyrannical and dictorial regimes while he stands at the glittering marble alter in Rome surrounded by gold and treasures bought by conquest and plunder. This Pope was and is a member of the Church hierarchy while priests, bishops and cardinals raped young boys and girls, laundered the money of the mafia, denied access to the Latin Mass, denied access to churches and the Holy Sacriment and put faith in government and pushed Jesus and parishioners to the side denying access to sacraments during the Fauxvid Scamdemic.

I left the church during that time but retain my faith in God and my cultural Catholic identity and I am more fervent in prayer and the Gospel of Christ. Can the Pope be infallible and heretic? Can there exist ant-popes? Yes history and the last 2 Popes tell us Yes.

That is because he is just a continuation of the last POS pope. Excrement galore.

You said what I so needed to hear. I agree with every word. And the last section was perfect. It is what we want from a Pope. Otherwise, most of us will just continue to ignore anything he says - religious or political - like we did during Francis. And we will continue to skip contributing Alms to the Vatican charities.

I am a recovering Catholic. I do not consider myself a Catholic anymore. 2020 was it for me. Too many signs point to the Vatican not being a teacher of God's word. If you look at the "art", architecture of the Vatican, it is clear they serve Satan. May God save us all. 🙏✝️❤️🇺🇲

Very well said, Rose. I am in total agreement with you on Rome and the current state of the "Catholic Church."
