The Capitalist should probably have waited before pushing a sensationalist story that Ford is going to have to recall nearly every vehicle since 2020. The link to the Fox Business page is a 404, so Fox apparently spouted a sensationalist story and had to pull it.
Recalling almost every vehicle but the Ford GT supercar? Please even when Dodge was still Dodge and was putting out nothing but garbage in the 90's that never happened even though they were the king of recalls.
While there isn't one single recall for "everything," a combination of major recalls in early 2026 has effectively covered almost the entire Ford catalog:
The 4.4 Million Vehicle Recall (Feb/March 2026): A massive software glitch in the Integrated Trailer Module affected the 2021–2026 F-150, 2022–2026 Super Duty, Maverick, Ranger, Expedition, and Navigator.
The 1.7 Million Rearview Camera Recall (March 2026): This hit the Bronco, Edge, Explorer, Escape, Aviator, and Corsair (2020–2026 models).
The 600,000 Wiper Motor Recall: This affected older 2020–2022 inventory of the Explorer and Escape.
Trying to do some in depth looks into this and found that the NHTSA website is about useless. I remember back when you could give a year make and model and it would show all the recalls. Now it does not seem to let you pull a list on a year, make and model. Give it a VIN and it will only tell you how many unrepaired recalls there are. How useless.
I think MOST of these people who are vacating their home states are most likely conservative or at least NOT Democrats as most people who work for a living are not. Just my take on it.
And now John Deere escaped Illinois for Texas —/ fat ass Pritzker latest achievement— almost as good as CA electing Newscumbag. Swalwell schitf and Bass to shove Residents out
Certainly NYC is likely to see the light quite soon once enough of the wealth leaves and
the associated service jobs go with them. There is a reason why NY state has not followed
the lead of the city, they see it as fiscal and political suicide.
There is a chance for California to save itself by rejecting the billionaire taxes and by electing
a Republican as governor. Both are very real possibilities due to the log jam of Democrats seeking to be governor vs only 2 GOP candidates which under the current system might result in having the two GOP candidates having the most votes for the runoff. This will likely result in a change of heart on the part of Democrats who have previously used it to their advantage in other races to eliminate the GOP candidates and further cement one party rule.
If so, a brave GOP governor can cut the living heck out of the budget with the line item veto and bring the budget more under control.

If something sounds ridiculous, it probably is.
The "Nearly Every Model" Reality

Assuming its "permanent" is silly.

Illinois is a lost cause.
Do Dems still think they run their cities and states well given the reported permanent, structural exodus to red states?
I hope they are not and never will be a democRAT
