District Judges Cannon in Florida and Kacsmaryk in Amarillo TX seem to have issues with following the Constitution. But the vast majority of judges do follow the Constitution and appropriate case law regardless of who appointed them. Which is why some of the 60 failed election fraud lawsuits in 2021 got tossed out by Trump appointed judges.
