This guy was already under investigation in Indiana when the school board in Des Moines was searching for the position as superintendent there. I don’t think this was a simple mistake. I think they were actually trying to help him stay ahead of the law. There should be an investigation into each board member including any notes, emails and computer records that might prove that the history was known. If it is proven I don’t know what punishment they could face but I don’t think they would ever be elected to any other office in Iowa. Maybe they could move to Minnesota or California and hold office again but probably not in Iowa.
